  • Responding promptly to VIP guests and any service delays, involving management when necessary.

  • Answering phone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining an organized workspace.
  • A positive demeanor and the capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Availability for both weekdays and weekends.
  • Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus, though not mandatory.
