Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Inspector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Complete checklists to report any issues or concerns with the rooms.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Assist in the training and development of Housekeeping staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
