We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a traveler in a Home Health setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your clinical skills, perfect your resume, and build your dream career.
Job Summary:This Physical Therapist traveler position is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension. You will be working in a Home Health setting, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours guaranteed. The ideal candidate will have a Minnesota license and be willing to travel to the Baxter, Minnesota area.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Home Health setting
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Current Minnesota license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in a Home Health setting
- Ability to travel to the Baxter, Minnesota area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
