We are seeking a Project Development Engineer to assist our Project Manager on projects and serve as a liaison between the field and the office. In this role, you will be responsible for defining project objectives by planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to schedule while keeping within budget.

The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, dependent upon factors such as location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes relocation assistance and housing stipend or corporate apartment.

You will manage labor schedules, collaborate closely with superintendents and project managers, and create and order prefabricated assemblies to assist in planning and on-time delivery. You will also engage in the Change Order process, introduce yourself to Accubid to assist with estimating, and partner with the BIM department to coordinate and plan projects.

To qualify, you must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Previous construction or internship experience is preferred. Highly motivated individuals with basic math skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are encouraged to apply.
