Frosting Specialist - Morning and Afternoon Hours

We are seeking a skilled Frosting Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Durham/Chapel Hill. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cakes meet the highest quality standards.

• Follow proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.

• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.

• Estimated salary: $12-$15 per hour (25-30 hours a week)
