Job Title: IT Analyst

Job Summary:
LADGOV CORPORATION is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within ServiceNow, developing reports and dashboards, and providing operational support for system defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions within ServiceNow to improve business processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics.
  • Provide operational support for system defects and perform basic system administration duties.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training to end users.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and address configuration changes to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extend existing ServiceNow modules to address enhancement requests and coordinate testing activities.
  • Triage incoming ServiceNow support issues and attend to the current backlog of open incidents and defects.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience working with the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's core application modules and relational database concepts.
  • Competency in modern software development methodologies using JavaScript.
  • ServiceNow Administration Certified highly desirable.
