Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and coordinate operations in support of organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
- Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth and expansion of key service lines.
- Provide operational oversight of ancillary and support areas, ensuring compliance with quality, satisfaction, and financial goals.
- Drive, manage, and lead business and financial plans to respond to all strategic initiatives and development of key service lines.
- Set and maintain high standards of performance and ensure targeted deliverables.
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Promote and maintain effective communication with and between medical, management, and staff employees.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency of targeted areas, including revenue margins and organizational productivity.
- Assist the CEO with special projects that have an emphasis on business planning, expansion, new services, and integration of services.
- Bachelor's degree and MBA or Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- 10 years of progressively responsible hospital operations experience.
The work environment is a standard office environment with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Skills and Abilities- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
