Job Summary:
N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other surgical team members during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and other surgical team members during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and assist with patient positioning and preparation.
- Provide support to patients before, during, and after surgery, including transporting patients to and from the Operating Room.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
- Previous experience in an Operating Room setting is preferred.
- BLS certification is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
