As a Senior Analytic Software Developer, you will play a critical role in our prototype development program. You will work closely with customers to discover smarter, innovative approaches to support mission operations, develop new analytics, and enhance tradecraft.

Our LOE program provides our customer's Operations organization with the best possible solutions for their mission needs. We achieve this through rapid prototyping, new development, and advanced technology research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve its performance.
  • Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
  • Develop new software code or modify existing software to add new features.
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
  • Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
  • Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.
  • Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
  • Write or review software and system documentation.
  • Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
  • Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience.
  • Computer Science (CS) degree or related field.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Experience with Java, Pig, and Hadoop.
  • Customer GHOSTMACHINE analytic development experience.
  • Experience with software configuration using Gitlab, Git, and Nexus.
  • Experience with Linux (Red Hat version 3 – 5+).
  • Experience with VPN technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some networking knowledge.
  • Experience developing analytics in the Query Time Analytics (QTA) environment.
  • Experience with Maven and web services development, Zoom workflows.
  • Familiarity with network encrypting protocols (i.e., IKE/IPsec, TLS, and technologies such as Tor).
  • Familiarity with SIGINT and customer corporate tools (i.e., XKS & DX).
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Formal or informal leadership experience.
