We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our growing escrow team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in various ways, including customer support and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions, including preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up.
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process, adapting communication style as needed.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
- Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet established deadlines.
- A passionate approach to helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers, using various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.
- The ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing to delivering beyond customer expectations.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe PDF, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years of escrow-related experience is preferred.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.02-$24.03, based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
