Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales by suggesting products to customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Merchandise products, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
  • Support store management team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers and associates.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and maintain a high level of attendance.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The associate may work near moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

Compensation

$11.50 per hour.
