Responsibilities
Lynn Leonard & Associates, the legal counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, is seeking an experienced civil litigation trial attorney with 2-10 years of relevant experience to join our team.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- The capability to independently manage a time-sensitive caseload.
This position is classified as a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. All hybrid employees must spend some time in the office, with arrangements subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and possess excellent academic credentials. An active license to practice law in Georgia and good standing with the state bar is required.
Candidates should have:
- 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
- Experience in handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation.
- Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
- Outstanding written and oral advocacy capabilities.
