At Aztec, we're redefining retail experiences everywhere. As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the physical integrity of our shopping center, creating an environment that enhances the guest experience, tenant sales, community connections, and positions the property for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the talent of the property team while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Create the annual expense budget within defined guidelines; implement and forecast operating expenses to that budget.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all BAS systems, including lighting controls, HVAC, fire/life safety alarm systems, and electrical distribution/wiring.
  • Act as project manager for tenant and landlord construction, as well as capital projects.
  • Effectively manage vendors through a thorough understanding of all applicable service or maintenance contracts.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • RPA designation or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5-8 years in the property or construction management industry or 8+ years of comparable experience required.
  • Shopping center industry experience is a plus.
