Job Title: Master Technician

At VIP Auto LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and advancements through ongoing training and education.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • ASE certification in multiple areas, including brakes, suspension, and steering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
