As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of K-12 students in Tolland, CT. With a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, designing personalized therapy sessions, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create a supportive environment that fosters student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement dynamic assessments to identify student strengths and areas of improvement
  • Design and deliver creative therapy sessions that target critical areas such as articulation, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Connecticut State SLP License (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certification: Preferred but not required
  • Experience: School-based experience is a bonus, but having a passion for helping students is key
