Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases annually. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a $250 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and a fun working environment.

Job Description

As an Autism Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one ABA services to children under the age of 21 with ASD or other developmental disabilities in a home-based setting;
  • Collaborating with parents and caregivers to develop and implement behavior coaching strategies;
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support;
  • Participating in ongoing training and clinical supervision to ensure the highest level of quality care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs;
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In addition, we require all applicants to meet our driving criteria and pass required background clearances. We also require highly proficient computer skills and the ability to effectively support individuals with developmental disabilities.
