Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiopulmonary Shock ICU. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiopulmonary Shock ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
