America's Auto Auction is seeking a dedicated Fleet Lease Account Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing all vehicle pick-up requests from diverse sources. The Fleet Lease Account Coordinator is tasked with organizing weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sales, ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the coordination and execution of sale day operations.

• Enter essential vehicle information into the system and database.

• Create, update, verify, and maintain vehicle and pricing records.

• Collaborate with the title department to ensure all necessary documents are available for each vehicle.

• Utilize keen attention to detail to manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and confirm sale eligibility.

• Work alongside various departments to prepare and inform customers about the sale run process.

• Follow up on vehicle preparation for sales, reconcile invoices, and liaise with relevant partners for any missing information or issues to guarantee seamless auction operations.

• Communicate with the accounting team to balance sales and conduct post-sale invoicing as required.

• Provide administrative and clerical support, assisting with special projects and graphic requests as needed.
