Job Overview

Waukesha State Bank, a leading community bank in Wisconsin, seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our institution. As the Bank Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing the Operations Department and driving departmental service standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Operations Department, overseeing the Deposit Services, Card Services, and Fraud Departments, as well as the Purchasing, Facilities, Maintenance, and Mailroom Departments.
  • Identify and assess threats to the bank, determine risk, and implement control strategies to reduce risk.
  • Act as the Bank's BSA Officer, overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity Theft.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in bank operations.
  • 5 years of experience in bank operations, BSA Compliance, and Information Security.
  • 5 years of experience in management.

This is an onsite position in a dynamic and growing financial services organization.

Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
