Role Overview
The Property Management Associate plays a crucial role in accurately processing, classifying, and recording financial data to maintain precise financial records. This position supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Process rental payments and gather essential financial data for property accounting records.
- Prepare and distribute notices to residents.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospective residents, and internal team members.
- Address resident requests, concerns, and feedback.
- Assist in marketing initiatives as required.
- Assume the Property Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
- Adhere to Bridge policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and report safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, internet, fax machines, and photocopiers.
- Intermediate computer and data-entry skills.
- Must exhibit professionalism, energy, organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset at all times.
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
