Packager/Bagger

We are seeking a skilled Packager/Bagger to join our team at Agropur in Le Sueur, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for packaging, sealing, and stacking product according to customer specifications while adhering to safety, quality, and production policies.

• Properly package and seal product according to customer specifications
• Stack product in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with mixing process and take direction from Mixers as needed
• Operate equipment such as pallet lift jacks and metal detectors
• Perform job tasks in adherence to all Agropur Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct work in a safe manner and abide by all Agropur safety policies
• Maintain a clean work environment to meet Good Manufacturing Practices

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes; pushing/pulling product weighing up to 170 pounds
• Load bags or boxes to the dryer
• Take samples of powder
• Weigh the product and adjust the product levels to match the exact weight
• Move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack
• Use metal detector to scan product
• Number the packages with marker
• No experience required; in-house training provided
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Desire to grow with a stable company

• $20.54/hour
• $1.50 Shift Differential
• Double Time on Sundays and holidays
• 2-2-3 Rotational Schedule
