Job Summary:
Thompson Hospitality is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure seamless food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, communicating with employees, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate employees to achieve high-quality food service standards
- Stock supplies, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor food production and quality, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of restaurant supervision or management experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation
