This is a full-time, permanent role offering a structured work schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and products in alignment with company protocols.
  • Engage in picking, packing, and labeling activities.
  • Utilize pallet jacks to maneuver merchandise and equipment.
  • Sort and arrange items on shelves or in bins based on established criteria such as size, type, or product code.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching orders.
  • Inspect containers and products to ensure compliance with packing standards and identify any damaged items.

Maintenance Duties:

  • Perform light cleaning tasks, including maintaining restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
  • Dispose of waste and ensure cleanliness in both office and warehouse environments.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting safety guidelines and operational manuals.
  • Minimum of three months of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

The role necessitates frequent use of hands for handling and reaching, as well as the ability to stand, walk, and perform various physical activities. Regular lifting of items exceeding 50 pounds is required.
