Job Summary

The Ampler Chicken Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in all food preparation and guest service areas.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Creating a World-Class Guest Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests with a positive attitude and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Follow the product production schedule and ensure all necessary products and supplies are stocked and available.
  • Plan and organize product production based on current inventory needs.

2. Maintaining Exceptional Brand Standards, Cleanliness, and Safety

  • Ensure all tasks are accomplished in a safe manner, adhering to company safety guidelines.
  • Complete assigned housekeeping duties to provide a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Ensure drink systems are operational and follow all food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor food prep products to ensure safety and quality standards, reporting any issues to the Shift Manager.
  • Inspect workstations and report equipment malfunctions or damage to the Shift Manager.

3. Communicating Effectively with Manager and Team Members

  • Listen and follow directions, responding positively to feedback.
  • Communicate honestly and courteously with guests, team members, and managers.
  • Support the company values, goals, and work rules.

4. Demonstrating Teamwork

  • Offer help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Work well with team members, keeping the Shift Manager informed of work-related issues.

5. Performing Other Duties as Assigned

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Shift Leader.

Requirements

  1. Must be at least 16 years old.
  2. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  3. Must be available to work assigned schedules or at least a small distance.
