Meat Wrapper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Wrapper to join our team at Greer's Markets. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

• Receive and store meat products in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow established wrapping and weighing standards to maintain product quality
• Fully stock and rotate all meat cases to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility
• Develop a thorough understanding of meat quality and grading to provide expert advice to customers
• Stay up-to-date on product usage and cooking methods to effectively recommend products to customers
• Safely operate all power equipment and machinery in the meat department

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
