Job Overview

Benzeen Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a skilled Auto Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parts and products to customers and pick up customer returns, utilizing a company-supplied van and navigating a route with 10-15 stops per day.
  • Complete tasks through various applications, including Whip Around, Part Car Relocate, Picture app, Skype, and Concur.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, projecting a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs through the Whip Around app and drive safely and defensively, adhering to all company safety standards.
  • Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors, verifying that invoices match purchase orders and checking payments received with invoices for each delivery.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and/or at least one (1) year delivery driving experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and perform basic math.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to self-direct, with good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
  • A valid class C driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per department standards.
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • The ability to sit for long periods of time and physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects, as well as the ability to load and unload them from the vehicle.
  • A willingness to travel to both Rancho Cordova and Marysville locations.
