Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development
  • 1+ year of teaching experience
  • Gateways Level 5 certification
  • Experience in Head Start/Early Head Start programs
  • A demonstrated passion for early childhood development

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $22-24/hr based on experience and qualifications
  • All MindSpring contract employees are eligible for quality healthcare, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a company-funded HRA
  • Sick pay and paid time off available
