Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • A DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of Michigan
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
  • The desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs
  • The ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
  • A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a guaranteed base salary, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to participate in Heartland Dental's stock offerings. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and unlimited PTO.



Estimated annual salary: $250,000 - $350,000 based on experience and qualifications.
