At Aeroflow Sleep, our Clinical Sleep team consists of over 40 dedicated clinical professionals. This team is essential to our mission, emphasizing exceptional patient care.

We provide education to patients regarding their medical conditions, as well as the proper cleaning and maintenance of sleep equipment, aiming to enhance their quality of life.

Our commitment to patient care is unwavering.

We are currently in search of a PRN respiratory therapist or registered nurse to support telemedicine initiatives and facilitate in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups for patients and their families.

This role will commence with one 8-hour shift per week, utilizing telehealth and in-home services, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position of three 12-hour shifts, based on the needs of the territory.

Compensation will be hourly and will include mileage reimbursement. Currently, there are no on-call, weekend, holiday, or night shift requirements.
It is crucial to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality, including ensuring a private environment for telehealth consultations.
Employees are individually responsible for understanding and adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Compliance is a fundamental aspect of employment and job performance.
The clinician will provide education to patients on the use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, and support, either in person or via telehealth.
Responsibilities include delivering respiratory care to patients in the field as directed by physician orders.
Candidates must be a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred, though not mandatory.
Proficiency in navigating multiple browser windows and screens is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Respiratory Care Field is essential, along with the ability to serve as a resource for both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Special Skills/Equipment:
Willingness to work remotely via telehealth, in-office, or in-home settings is necessary.

Essential Job Duties and Physical Demands:

Ability to maneuver around objects, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces; bending, stretching, and lifting up to 75 pounds of equipment may be required.

Effective communication with department staff, employees, and the community is essential to carry out job functions.

Ability to manage sensitive issues and conflicts respectfully, while effectively planning, organizing, and prioritizing work is crucial. Critical thinking skills are necessary to address unique challenges as they arise or to determine when to consult a supervisor.

Flexibility is a key requirement.
