Aiml Sr Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the development of innovative Search experiences for its products. As a key member of the Search team, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving all stages of product development from planning to successful delivery. This includes collaborating with partner organizations, communicating with the executive team, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining intelligent Search experiences for large-scale user bases.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and drive all stages of product development from planning to successful delivery
• Collaborate with partner organizations and communicate with the executive team
• Manage project timelines, including creating and managing project timelines with clear dependencies and critical path
• Drive alignment across the organization and between teams
• Execute on-time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs
• Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in project or program management, or similar role on a software or QE team
• Excellent program management skills, including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
• Detailed understanding of testing, build, and release processes for sophisticated software
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with Search
• Prior experience leading work across 10+ cross-functional teams across multiple organizations in ML-powered software product space
• Prior experience working closely with Design
Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
