Job Description:
As an Early Childhood Development Specialist at Primrose School of Reston, you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and helping them develop essential skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans from our research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum
- Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment
- Build genuine relationships with each child and help them explore the world around them
- Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to create a fun and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Early childhood education degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
