**Job Summary**

ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal parts together using a MIG welding process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Position parts in jigs or fixtures for welding
  • Examine welds for quality and make repairs as needed
  • Grind off excess weld, slag, or splatter
  • Use various tools such as grinders, torches, and other welding equipment

**Requirements:**

  • MIG/TIG welding experience
  • No certificate required, but must successfully complete a MIG weld test
  • Ability to understand work instructions, blueprints, and various gauges
  • Effective communication skills to report issues to management
