  • Understand and execute the 5 Steps of Service and Ten Commandments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
  • Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meal and take action to solve any problems
  • Anticipate the needs of customers and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Ensure accuracy of customer check and promptly present check to customers
  • Thank customers and invite them to return
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to make change
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Multi-task oriented; ability to perform multiple job functions and take care of multiple tables at one time
  • Able to operate and enter information into POS systems or programs
  • Follow workplace safety procedures
  • Physical activity that includes continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
