Job Summary:
The Rundown AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the execution of AI data creation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of data creation projects for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage AI data creation projects day-to-day, ensuring timely and successful delivery for enterprise clients
• Develop detailed project plans, including workflows, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project scope, communicate changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates
• Work with clients to define project requirements, expectations, and success metrics
• Collaborate with the hiring team to hire, onboard, and manage annotators to ensure they meet project-specific requirements
• Guide teams to ensure proper technical setup and workflow execution
• Communicate technical requirements and challenges effectively between annotators, clients, and internal teams
• Conduct regular spot checks and quality reviews of output to ensure data meets client standards
• Implement processes to track and improve quality metrics
• Understand project technical needs, leveraging knowledge of coding and querying languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Assess and recommend the level of expertise required for specific tasks
• Continuously refine workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver optimal outcomes

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in project management, preferably in AI, data annotation, or related fields
• Proven track record managing complex, client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred 2+ years of experience as a technical solutions or sales engineer in a tech environment or a customer-facing role within a Professional Services/Systems Engineering team
• Direct experience with coding and querying languages to conceptualize project requirements (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Experience working with AI/ML workflows or data annotation platforms
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience
