Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook fresh dishes for daily operations
- Ensure smooth production processes and maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Assist with the organization and implementation of our kitchen concept
- Implement and maintain current HACCP standards
- Order and manage inventory
- Act as a substitute and support the kitchen management
- Completed training as a cook and several years of experience in the public gastronomy sector
- Professional and initial leadership experience preferred
