About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Ehrlich. As a key member of our pest control team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pest Control Services - Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity, select and implement effective solutions, and provide quality pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
- Customer Experience - Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior, listen to their needs, and offer personalized solutions to pest issues.
- Continuous Learning - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry through provided training and maintain required licenses/certificates.
Requirements
- Meet pre-employment background screen requirements.
- Hold a valid driver's license and undergo a motor vehicle driving record check.
- Be available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer-facing experience.
