Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and supporting our dental team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists with patient care, including explaining treatment plans and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
- Assisting with instrument sterilization and inventory management
- Providing exceptional patient care and communication
- Working collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from a Dental Assistant Program or comparable training and experience
- Considerable manual dexterity and ability to pass instruments to dentists
- Sufficient mobility to perform assigned essential duties
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to strive for excellence in dentistry
- Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of dental terminology
- Ability to work with the public and have good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish
