Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze patient health status, developing individualized care plans to address complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Lead and direct care teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
