Lead Neurosurgeon

An exceptional chance has arisen for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon with expertise in spine procedures to join a hospital-owned clinic in Tennessee. This role is part of an expanding healthcare team, contributing to the development of a new neurosurgery service line.

• At the forefront of General Neurosurgery with a significant emphasis on spine cases, constituting over 75% of your practice.
• Contribute to the comprehensive approach addressing the neurosurgical needs of the community through a blend of outpatient and inpatient care.

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary of approximately $450,000 per annum, complemented by various incentives such as RVU-based bonuses, a commencement bonus, and support for medical education debt. Additionally, relocation assistance is provided to facilitate a smooth transition to the area, and reimbursement for licensure, dues, and/or subscriptions is part of the comprehensive benefits package.
