We are looking for an individual who can perform Pulmonary Function Testing with precision and adherence to quality control measures. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional patient care and promote continuity in the quality of Pulmonary Function testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pulmonary Function Testing with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Deliver compassionate and professional care to patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing personnel, and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Gather and exchange patient information with relevant healthcare providers accurately.

  • Utilize computer systems to input and manage data efficiently.

Required Aptitudes:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively without immediate supervision.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills to support patients and families under physical and emotional stress.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and customers.

  • High level of interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and information exchange.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Pulmonary Function Testing, including quality control measures.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; candidates without BLS certification must obtain it within six months of employment.

Education:

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed with the National Board of Respiratory Care.

License/Certification/Registry:

  • Current license with the State of Montana as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.

  • Registered Pulmonary Therapist preferred.
