About the Position

This LPN will provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Nursing Director, overseeing a team of resident assistants and delegating responsibilities to ensure the highest level of resident care and aide. As a member of our caring and compassionate health care team, you will enjoy:

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The LPN will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Nursing care of residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
  • Overseeing a team of resident assistants
  • Delegating select responsibilities to insure the highest level of resident care and aide

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NYS LPN license
  • 1+ year of experience as a LPN, with willingness to help train the right candidate to further their skills
  • 1+ yr working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment
  • Ability to engage within a team setting
  • Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
