Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual speech-language pathology services to students in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services via online platforms, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on detailed assessments, tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions, utilizing virtual tools and resources to enhance students' communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address the communication and educational needs of students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, document each session, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure all services comply with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CT SLP license (CCCs)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
- Experience providing virtual therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer and fast internet speed

- Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute virtual interview with the School District
