Physio Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinical Director/Physical Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director/Physical Therapist to join our team at Physio Physical Therapy and Wellness in Asheville, North Carolina.

About the Role:
  • As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our outpatient orthopedic clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and high-quality treatment outcomes.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, preferably with leadership or management experience.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a talented team of clinicians, tracking metrics, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy, dry needling, ASTYM, and other modalities, to patients requiring expert physical therapy services.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in North Carolina. Dry needling certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, preferably with leadership or management experience.
