About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our Systems Integration and Test organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and strategies to ensure the successful integration and testing of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration and testing issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the integration and testing process.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in systems integration and testing, with a focus on autonomous systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with UAS command and control systems, airframes, structures, and thermodynamics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience piloting Fixed Wing UASs.
  • Experience integrating, demonstrating, and deploying complex systems comprised of embedded SW/HW.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt decision-making style based on situational circumstances.
  • Experience working effectively in highly collaborative environments.
  • Experience in Digital Engineering or Model Based Systems Engineering.
