Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary: As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that encourages children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with other passionate teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to share information about children's progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare required.
• Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Salary Estimate: Based on location (Waco, Texas), job title, and requirements, the estimated salary range for this position is $12.71 - $20.33 per hour.
