About the Role
\We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elder Care Provider to join our team at Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
\Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized care and support to elders, promoting their independence and dignity.\
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.\
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a safe and appetizing dining experience.\
- Document vital signs, track medication administration, and maintain accurate records.\
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.\
- Foster positive relationships with elders, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and respect.\\[/ul]\
Requirements and Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.\
- At least six months of relevant experience in elder care or a related field.\
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move safely around the home.\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.\
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and basic computer skills.\\[/ul]\
