Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver / Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the care team.
  • Restock medication inventories and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action as needed.
