Position Overview:
The Automotive Lubrication Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring vehicles receive proper lubrication services efficiently and effectively. This position requires collaboration with the Production Foreman to maintain high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all lubrication services with precision.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicles, including battery, lights, and tires, and communicate necessary repairs to the Service Advisor.
  • Operate and maintain lubrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Receive and process repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman.
  • Thoroughly lubricate vehicles while identifying additional repair needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles during service.
  • Ensure all equipment, particularly lifts, are functioning correctly.
  • Utilize materials and supplies judiciously.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any incidents to management immediately.
  • Possess knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Have a minimum of two years' experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automotive dealership.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
