Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for Delaware RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Psychiatric nursing experience is not required, but a passion for working with the psychiatric population and ability to learn is essential.
- Preferred two-year med/surg experience in an acute care setting.
- Professional certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred.
