Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring carts and flatbeds are available and in good condition.
  • Assist members with their club pick-up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, informing them of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience, including operating a cash register and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
